In order to be strong and vital, our hearts need a number of things on a daily level: breath, adventure, delight, learning, focus, support, play and rest, among others. In this 2-hour Stellarflow workshop, we'll play with heart-nourishing pranayamas and asanas and discover how we can use out breath and our intent to build courage, sensitivity and vitality in our tickers!
